How can I buy?To buy in our website follow the steps: 1. Choose the garment you like, select your size and add it to your shopping cart. You can continue buying or generate your order. 2. If you want to place an order for the product (s), click the cart icon in the upper right corner. There you can view the products in your shopping cart and select View your cart. 3. Check that the products are correct and click Checkout. 4. In point 1, add the address where you want to receive your order. 5. Select the shipping method. 6. Select the payment method. You can pay with your credit or debit card or select manual payment and make a deposit or transfer. 7. Click continue and process your payment. 8. You will receive a purchase confirmation email and later we will send you an email when your purchase leaves our warehouse, with your tracking guide and parcel service. 9. You receive the package.

How long does it take to process orders?When paying for the order, the time to process the order is one or two business days after the order is generated. All purchases are subject to confirmation, due to product availability. If we do not have the ordered product in stock, a refund will be made to the customer. On business days, orders placed after 1 PM on the day are processed the next day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the next Monday or business day.

What destinations do they ship to and what parcel do they use?Currently we only ship in Mexico and our parcel service depends on the final destination. Among our options are Fedex, DHL and Estafeta.

I made a mistake in my purchase, can I request a change of size or product in my order?"Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order once the order has been generated. In this situation, it would be necessary to make a return upon receipt of your purchase. If you have not yet received a purchase confirmation email, write to us at hello@atisbo.mx and describe your case. ​​​​​​​

How long do shipments take to arrive?After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with your tracking guide. As of receiving this tracking guide, it depends on the type of shipment you chose and your location in Mexico. Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after confirming the order. Standard Shipping: 4 to 6 business days after confirming the order. Note: In extended areas (cities or towns considered extended by couriers), delivery times may take more days. In bad weather, delivery times tend to be delayed. We are not responsible for delays by the logistics company.

How do I make a return?Fill out your form here or write to us at contacto@atisbo.mx, in the header or subject indicate your order number and if it is a return or exchange. Add your personal information: - Full name - Cell phone number - Date of purchase - In the body of the email, describe the reason for the exchange or return and we will send you a return guide with instructions Please wait for our email confirmation to begin the return process. You will need to pack the garment safely (we recommend using a plastic bag to avoid damage), print and paste the guide. Deliver the package to the courier service that will come to your home to pick it up throughout the day. Upon receiving the package, if the product is in optimal condition we will refund it. You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10 to 14 days, depending on your bank. In case of change, follow the same process. Upon receiving the returned garment and reviewing its conditions, we will send you the desired product back. Returns of damaged product We reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. Reasons for rejecting a return or exchange: - The product has been used. - The product is not in good condition. - The product does not match the purchase order. - The return period is exceeded.
